Operaon with a 9V to 12V energizer
1. Earthing wire - earthing pin
Connect to the earth terminal of the Fence control (B).
Insert the earthing pin rmly into the ground at least one metre away from the earthing of
the energizer. Make sure the ground is suciently moist.
(earth pin not included)
2. Connecon cable with crocodile clip
Connect to the measurement terminal (A) of the Fence Control.
Clamp alligator clip on fence.
3. Connecon cable energizer
Connect to the connecon for the Fence Control energizer (D).
Connect the plug to the 12V input of the Gallagher MulPower energizer or use the adapter
cable to connect the 12V connector cable to another type of 12V energizer.
4. Baery connecon cable
Connect to the power connector of the Fence Control (C).
Connect the terminals to the baery (red: posive terminal, black: negave terminal).
Ensure soil moisture
If the earth into which the earthing pins are inserted is too dry, the fence voltage cannot build
up and the Fence Control cannot measure the fence voltage correctly.
