When the selected concentrate does not match the
concentrate connected to the machine.
Machine actions:
The dialysis fluid is bypassed from the dialyzer.
Measures:
Check concentrate selection and that the proper
concentrate has been connected. See "Connect/Confirm
Concentrates" on page 4:7 in part 1 for instructions.
