Protrusion stops:
The protrusion stops help to force the lower jaw
section of the articulator into exact joint related
protrusive positions.
The protrusion stop is attached to the condylar
element of the articulator from the outside and
closed by clicking it in over the articulator axis.
The beveled front of the stop always points in-
wards, in order to also allow for asymmetric po-
sitions.
