The GAT ECO.Side Lock 7000 is a battery-powered electronic locker lock designed for various applications, including fitness clubs, attraction parks, golf resorts, and business uses like filing cabinets and safe deposit boxes. It supports contactless RFID data carriers (chip cards, chip bands, and key tags) for user identification.
The GAT ECO.Side Lock 7000 allows for electronic locking and unlocking of lockers. Users simply press the locker door shut and then hold their RFID data carrier near the reading center on the locker door. The lock reads and verifies the data carrier's information. Upon valid authorization, the locker door is either locked or unlocked. All locking and unlocking actions are signaled by an integrated beeper and a bi-colored LED. The lock can be configured via a USB connection to a PC/laptop or on-site using a programming data carrier, allowing it to operate in different modes to suit specific system requirements. Its mechanical compatibility with the GAT NET.Lock 7000 series ensures quick and simple installation in existing locker rooms.
The lock features a door status contact that activates or deactivates when the locker door is closed or opened, determining the door's state. It is crucial to keep this contact clean and undamaged for correct functionality.
