Overview

The document describes the Garbin G | Starter series of electric convection ovens, designed for professional use in cooking and heating food. The manual provides instructions for installation, use, and maintenance of these ovens.

Function Description

The Garbin G | Starter ovens are electric convection ovens primarily used for cooking and heating food. They feature both manual and programmed operation modes, allowing for versatile cooking options. Key functions include:

  • Manual Operation: Users can manually set temperature, cooking time, and activate humidification during cooking.
  • Programmed Operation: The ovens can store up to 99 recipes, allowing for multi-step cooking programs with adjustable temperature, time, and steam levels for each step.
  • Automatic Preheating: This feature heats the oven to 30°C above the set program temperature to compensate for heat loss when food is introduced.
  • Humidification (Steam): Direct steam can be activated manually or set to specific levels (20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) in programmed mode.
  • Fan Inversion: The ovens feature reverse fans that periodically change rotation direction to ensure even cooking.
  • Safety Devices: Equipped with a cabinet safety thermostat to prevent overheating and a door switch that interrupts operation when the door is opened.
