Put on protective gear. Slide axle through the frame's axle brackets for initial setup.
Mount the first wheel onto the axle, followed by a big washer and cotter pin.
Repeat Step Two for the second wheel, securing it with a big washer and cotter pin.
Attach one leg to the frame using a bolt, small washer, and nylock nut.
Attach the second leg to the frame, mirroring the process in Step Four.
Position the handle onto the assembled legs, preparing for subsequent bolt attachment.
Align the tray and secure it to the frame using bolts, small washers, and nuts.
Align the tray with the handle and fasten them together with bolts, washers, and nuts.
Use wrenches to tighten all bolts and nuts. Inflate tires to maximum pressure.
