Yard Rover Assembly Instructions

Step One: Prepare Frame with Axle

Put on safety gear. Slide axle through axle brackets on the frame.

Step Two: Attach First Wheel

Slide wheel onto axle (valve stem out), add washer, and secure with cotter pin.

Step Three: Attach Second Wheel

Repeat step two to attach the second wheel with washer and cotter pin.

Step Four: Attach First Leg

Secure one leg to the frame using a short bolt, washer, and nylock nut.

Step Five: Attach Second Leg

Repeat step four to attach the second leg to the frame.

Step Six: Attach Leg Brace

Attach leg brace to both legs using short bolts, washers, and nylock nuts.

Step Seven: Position Handle

Place the handle onto the legs. Bolts will be added in a later step.

Step Eight: Attach Tray

Align tray front holes. Insert short bolts through rubber gaskets and tray, add washers and nuts.

Step Nine: Secure Tray with Shims

Insert shims between tray and handle. Add long bolts through gasket, tray, shim, and handle, then secure with nuts.

Step Ten: Final Tightening and Inflation

Tighten all bolts using wrenches. Inflate tires to max 25psi with a manual pump.
