  If your Gardenic Swimming Pool Pump doesn't start or suddenly stops, it could be due to several reasons. First, the thermal overload switch might have turned off the pump because of overheating. In this case, disconnect the plug and clean the turbine, and make sure that you are observing the maximum media temperature of 35 degrees. Another possible cause is a lack of power, so check your fuses and electrical connections. Lastly, dirt particles may be stuck in the suction base. If this is the case, disconnect the plug and clean the suction base.

  If your Gardenic Swimming Pool Pump is running but not delivering water, it could be due to a few reasons. Check if the pressure line is closed or kinked, preventing air from escaping; if so, open the pressure line. Also, air locks in the suction base may be the problem; wait up to 60 seconds for the pump to automatically vent via the vent valve, and if needed, switch the pump off and on again. Another potential issue is a clogged turbine, which you can resolve by disconnecting the plug and cleaning the turbine. Finally, ensure the water level isn't falling below the minimum when starting the pump; if it is, submerge the pump deeper.
