If the shredder isn't drawing in material, there could be a few reasons: * The shredding blade might be running in reverse - change the direction of rotation. * There might be a material blockage in the filling funnel - change the direction of rotation and pull the material out. * The shredding blade could be jammed - feed in thick branches to prevent immediate re-engagement in previous notches, and change the rotation direction to release the jammed material.
