IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING BARBEQUE
ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach leg caps (11) to bottom of
legs (9) and screw legs into the
bottom of the bowl (8).
2. Locate wire base (12) onto legs.
3. Place grease cup (5) inside bowl
between support lugs.
4. Unscrew the male fitting (7) and
washer (6) from burner (4). Place
washer in the centre of the inside
bowl. Feed the male fitting through
the centre hole in the bowl from
underneath. Screw the burner onto
the male fitting tightly. Connect hose
(10) onto male fitting. Note: There
may still be some play after the
burner is attached. This is normal. If
the burner is very loose, make sure
the hex nut on the male fitting is
properly positioned within the guides
on the underside of the bowl.
5. Place BBQ plate (2) on top of bowl
and position into place.
6. Locate windshield (1) into position.
Ensure windshield sits inside of the
three tabs on body completely.

Assembly Instructions

Attach Legs and Wire Base

Attach leg caps to legs and screw legs into the bowl. Locate wire base onto legs.

Install Grease Cup and Burner

Place grease cup in bowl. Unscrew male fitting from burner, feed through bowl, and re-screw burner.

Connect Hose and Position Plate/Windshield

Connect hose to male fitting. Place BBQ plate on bowl and windshield into position.

Installation Instructions

Barbecue Placement and Clearance

Locate BBQ on firm level ground away from combustible materials. Ensure required top and side clearances.

Gas Connection and Safety Check

Connect hose to BBQ and gas bottle. Check for leaks using soapy water. Ensure 3/8" fitting is tight.

Hose Fitting and Air Inlets

Hose may be loose on male fitting; this is normal. Ensure air inlets on fitting are clear of debris.

Operating Instructions

Starting and Using the Barbecue

Remove BBQ plate, turn on gas supply, and light burner. Replace hot plate. Turn off gas after use.

Post-Use Cleaning and Maintenance

Scrape BBQ plate and brush with oil to prevent rusting. Clean grease cup when cool.

Servicing Instructions

Injector and Burner Cleaning

Clean blocked injectors with a primus pricker. Unscrew burner for cleaning.

Hose O-rings and Bowl Cleaning

Replace hose O-rings if necessary. Clean BBQ bowl with warm soapy water only.

Ancillary Service Information

Service and Modification Advice

Contact place of purchase for service. Do not modify the appliance. Use only LPG.

Injector Blockage and Specifications

Return for service if injector is blocked. Specifications are subject to change.
