Machine Preparation: Remove and discard all labelling and packaging materials. Clean parts and accessories.
Initial Start Up: Fill tank, check levers, press POWER ON. Flushing cleans system before first coffee.
Press POWER to switch ON. POWER button flashes, LCD displays temperature. Ready when buttons illuminate.
Press 1 CUP to extract single shot (approx. 30ml) using low pressure pre-infusion.
Press 2 CUP to extract double shot (approx. 60ml) using low pressure pre-infusion.
Press MENU to flash SHOT VOL, press 1 CUP to start/stop extraction to set volume.
Press MENU to flash SHOT VOL, press 2 CUP to start/stop extraction to set volume.
Hold 1 CUP to deliver water at full pressure, bypassing pre-infusion for purging.
Hold 2 CUP to deliver water at full pressure, bypassing pre-infusion for purging.
Wipe basket, dose coffee, tamp firmly (15-20kg) for consistent espresso.
