Summary

Appearance Cleaning

Switch robot to manual mode

Click the float button in the lower right corner and select manual operation.

Push robot to maintenance site

Move the robot to a designated area for maintenance.

Wipe the appearance

Use a wet, lint-free wipe to clean the robot's exterior, avoiding cameras and sensors.

Clean the sensors outside

Use a soft, clean, lint-free wipe to clean the laser, camera, and sensors.

Clean front horizontal laser

Clean the front horizontal laser component.

Clean top-view camera and tablet

Clean the top-view camera and touch screen with a soft, lint-free wipe.

Dust-mop cloth cleaning

Switch robot to manual mode

Click the float button in the lower right corner and select manual operation.

Push robot to maintenance site

Move the robot to a designated area for maintenance.

Take off dust-mop plate

Open the rear shell and remove the dust-mop plate and cloth.

Clean the dust-mop cloth

Wash the dust-mop cloth, then air dry it.

Assemble the cloth back

Prepare a clean cloth, attach it to the plate, and reattach the plate to the robot.

Dust box and guide plate cleaning

Switch robot to manual mode

Click the float button in the lower right corner and select manual operation.

Push robot to maintenance site

Move the robot to a designated area for maintenance.

Open side shell and take out dust box

Open the side shell, remove the dust box, and clean the guide plate.

Dust box, guide plate, driving wheel cleaning

Install guide plate

Align the guide plate with gaps and insert it into the robot, pushing upward to secure.

Dust box

Insert the dust box, close the lower shell, and lock the buckle.

Driving wheel

Check the driving wheel shaft for debris or hair and clean it.

Roller brush cleaning

Open the buckle to open the side shell

Release the buckle to open the side shell of the robot.

Take roller brush out

Unscrew the bolt, release the cover plate, and remove the roller brush.

Clean roller brush

Clean the side cover of the roller brush and any debris wrapped around the brush. Reinstall after cleaning.

Side brush cleaning

Take off the side brush

Push the robot to the maintenance site and press the side brush down to remove it.

Clean side brush

Clean hair or debris from the side brush. Align and push upward to lock it.

Charging pile cleaning

Push robot away from charging pile

Switch to manual mode and move the robot away from the charging pile.

Clean the appearance

Unplug the charging pile, clean its exterior with a wet wipe, avoiding the charging port.

Air filter replacement

Push robot to maintenance site

Switch robot to manual mode and move it to the maintenance site.

Open the top lid and cover of dust tank

Open the top lid and dust tank cover to remove the dust bag and air filter.

Put air filter back

Clean the filter, note its direction, and reinstall it along with the dust bag.

Dust bag replacement

Push robot to maintenance site

Switch robot to manual mode and move it to the maintenance site.

Open the top lid and cover of dust tank

Open the top lid and dust tank cover to remove the dust bag.

Put dust bag back

Clean the dust bag, reinstall it, and close the dust tank and top lid.

Roller brush replacement

Open buckle and side lower shell

Open the buckle and detach the side lower shell.

Take roller brush out

Unscrew the bolt, release the cover plate, and remove the roller brush.

Replace roller brush

Insert the new roller brush, attach the side cover, screw the bolt, and close the shell.

Side brush replacement

Take side brush off

Push the robot to the maintenance site and press the side brush down to remove it.

Replace side brush

Align the new side brush with the pin and push it forward to lock it.

Dust-mop cloth replacement

Push robot to maintenance site

Switch robot to manual mode and move it to the maintenance site.

Take dust-mop plate off

Open the rear lower shell and remove the dust-mop plate and cloth.

Install clean cloth

Assemble a clean cloth onto the plate and reinstall the plate onto the robot.
