W1209 1/2 10 X 12 Solarium Assembly Instructions

Before Starting Assembly

Ensure a solid base and avoid installation near trees or sloped roofs for safety.

Step 1: Position Door Frames

Determine door position and install D3/B3 frames, ensuring A-3 1/2 are at front sides.

Step 2: Install Vertical Guides

Slide Vv-3 and Ww-3 guides into frame ends, then insert Yy-3 and Zz-3 panels.

Step 3: Secure Wall and Horizontal Tracks

Assemble ML-3, N-3, O-3, MR-3 and attach wall/vertical tracks at 96" height.

Step 4: Install Polycarbonate Panels

Set polycarbonate panels on I-3 and J-3 guides, securing with P-3 and Q-3 joints.

Step 5: Attach Rafter T-3

Secure right rafter T-3 to bracket with Bb-3 screw, repeat for left rafter S-3.

Step 6: Install U-3 Rafters

Set U-3 rafters with Bb-3 and Z-3 screws on frame joints and panels manually.

Step 7: Insert Roof Panels

Insert panel Pp-3 first/last and Qq-3 panels into rafter grooves, ensuring top faces sunlight.

Step 8: Install Middle Roof Joint

Slide middle roof joint between rafters, ensuring panels are in groove, secure with V-3 and W-3.

Step 9: Insert Second Row of Panels

Insert second row of panels into lower rafter groove, tap gently, and secure with Pp-3 and Qq-3.

Step 10: Add Edging and Brackets

Add X-3 edging, R-3 bracket, and Y-3 edging, securing with Bb-3 screws manually.

Step 11: Assemble Inside Structure

Assemble inner rows with Jj-3, Kk-3, LI-3, Mm-3, and secure crossbeams L-1/L-2 to rafters.

Step 12: Assemble Door Unit

Assemble door unit inside solarium, slide F-3/G-3 tracks, and affix stopper H-3 and rail caps Nn-3.

Step 13: Install Door Track

Lift door, set track over opening, use bolts Ww/Gg-3 inside and Cc-3-2 outside for attachment.

Step 14: Anchor Solarium

Anchor solarium to deck or floor securely using supplied screws and shields.

Special Notes and Warnings

Includes screen removal, panel removal, waterproof note, cleaning, and BBQ warning.

Maintenance Notes

Advice on contacting manufacturer for defects, keeping parts list, avoiding trees, and roof snow removal.

One Year Limited Warranty

Warrants product free from material/manufacturing defects for one year from purchase date.

Warranty Limitations

Excludes damage from vandalism, weather, improper installation, or anchoring.
