How to Bind a Document

Count Document Pages

Determine the total number of pages, including covers, for correct comb selection.

Select Binding Comb Size

Choose the appropriate comb diameter based on the total page count and cover thickness.

Load Comb Onto Machine

Insert the binding comb into the machine's designated slot with the opening facing upwards.

Open Binding Comb

Use the lever to open the comb to the required width for inserting punched pages.

Set Document Size

Adjust the edge guide to match the paper size (A4 or Letter) for accurate punching.

Load and Punch Pages

Insert sheets into the slot, align, and pull the handle to punch the document pages.

Combine Pages with Comb

Place the punched sheets onto the open fingers of the binding comb.

Repeat Punching Process

Continue punching and adding pages until the entire document is loaded onto the comb.

Close and Remove Document

Secure the document by closing the comb and removing the finished bound item.
