C. Place the Upholstery Nozzle at th e top of the cleanin g
area.
D. Pull up and hold the solution release trigger and pull
the n ozzle backward at a moderate pace.
E. Release the trigger at the en d of the stroke.
F. Lift nozzle and start again at th e top. Apply on e to three
spraying strokes. Avoid over-soaking the area.
NOTE: As the nozzle moves over the surface, the clean ing
solution sprays on to the surface. At th e same time
the n ozzle picks up the dirty water and places it in
the recovery tank.
G. Move th e nozzle over the surface several more times
without engaging the trigger. This removes excess water
and helps the surface dry faster.
H. Brush roll does not rotate when cleaning in the
attachment mode.

“M” Shaped Piece
1) Remove the “M” shaped piece on the underside
of the Upholstery/ Stair Nozzle (Use a small
screwdriver to pry loose).
2) Clear and rinse any debris from the “M” shaped
piece by placing it under running water.
3) Replace th e “M” shaped piece in to the solution
tube then position and lock the piece into place.
NOTE: If the cleaning solution and water are not released from the upholstery/ stair nozzle, there may be an air
lock. With unit in the Off position, raise the attachment handle above your head. Then engage the
attachment handle trigger for 4 seconds. Turn unit On to resume spraying.
