FieldMonitor System Overview
Each FieldMonitor System consists of the following components:
• a terminal base
• a power supply
• an optional FieldMonitor Management Interface Module
(FMIM) communication processor that provides the
monitor information to a host computer
• an optional Keyphasor Module (an internal Proximitor
module or a transducer I/O module that interfaces to an
external Proximitor sensor, the 1701 system supports
only one Keyphasor transducer per terminal base)
• monitor modules
• transducer I/O modules
• internal galvanic isolators (only with the 1701/06 Isolator
Terminal Base)
• transducers
