5. Press the screwdriver down until the cover is
released from the top of the compressor ange.
6. Press the cover down and release it from the 2
hooks on the bottom of the compressor ange.
7. Cut off the plastic wire tie and disconnect the
brown wire from the overload protector.
9. Carefully peel back the foam seal from the top
of the evaporator.
8. Remove the brown wire from the 3 wire
retainers located on the front of the condensate
drain pan.
10. Remove the 2 top evaporator shroud screws (1
on each side).
11. Loosen the 2 bottom evaporator shroud screws
(1 on each side).
