accordingto theinstructionssuppliedby Mabeand is
connectedto an adequateandproperutility service.
Damagedueto abuse,accident,commercialuse,and
alterationor defacingof the serialplate cancelsall
obligationsofthiswarranty.
Serviceduringthis warranty periodmust be performed
by anAuthorizedMabeServiceAgent.
NeitherMabenorthe Dealerisliablefor any claimsor
damagesresultingfrom failureof the Refrigeratororfrom
servicedelaysbeyondtheir reasonablecontrol.
Toobtainwarranty service,purchasermust present
theoriginalBillof Sale.Componentsrepairedor replaced
arewarrantedthroughthe remainderof the originalwarranty
periodonly.
Thiswarrantyisextendedto the originalpurchaserand any
succeedingownerfor productspurchasedfor homeusewithin
Canada.Inhomewarranty servicewillbeprovidedinareas
whereitis availableanddeemedreasonableby Mabeto
provide.
• Ownerisresponsibleto payfor servicecallsrelated
to productinstallationand/or teachinghow to use
the product.
• Damageto finishmust be reportedwithin48 hours
followingthe deliveryofthe appliance.
• Damageto finishafter delivery.
• Improperinstallation-proper installationincludesadequate
air circulationto the refrigerationsystem,adequate
electrical,plumbingandother connectingfacilities.
• Replacementofhousefusesor resettingof circuitbreakers.
• Replacementoflightbulbs.
• Damageto productcausedby accident,fire,floodsoracts
of God.
• Lossof food dueto spoilage.
• Properuseandcare of productas listedinthe owner's
manual,propersettingof controls.
• Productnot accessibleto providerequiredservice.
• WARRANTORISNOTRESPONSIBLEFORCONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
Thiswarranty isin additionto any statutorywarranty.
