Allows you to microwave healthy food

choices by servings.

HI (10) power level is automatically set, but

you may change it for more flexibility.

Press PRE-SET MEALS pad.

Enter the food code. See Cooking Guide

for Pre-set Meals below for codes.

Enter the number of servings (1-4). Then

the microwave will start immediately.

You may open the door during cooking

to check the food. Close the door and

press START to resume cooking.
