thermostat yourself.
Do notuse thermometers, suchasthose foundin grocerystores,to check the temperaturesettingof youroven.
Thesethermometers mayvary 20-40 degrees.
NOTE."Thisadjustmentwill notaffect the broilingor the self-cleaningtemperatures.Theadjustmentwill be retained
in memoryaftera power failure.
ToAdjust the Thermostat
[] Touch the _ and BROILHI/tO
pads at the same time for 3 seconds
undl the display shows SF.
[] Touch the _ pad. A two digit
number shows in the display.
Touch BAKEonce to decrease (-)
the oven temperature, or twiceto
increase (+).

The oven temperature can be
adjusted up as much as 35°F, or
down asmuch as 35°F. Touch the
number pads the same wayyou read
them. For example, to change the
oven temperature 15°F., touch I

[] When you have made the
adjusn'nent,touch the STARTpad
to go back to the time of daydisplay.
Use your oven as you would
normally.

decreasethe fat the recipe maynotgivethesame resultsas witha higherfatproducL
Recipefailurecan resultifcakes,pies,pastries,cookiesor candiesare made withlow fatspreads.Thelowerthefat
content ofa spreadpreducg the morenoticeablethesedifferencesbecome.
Federal standards require products labeled "margarine" to contain at least 80% fatbyweighLLowfat spreads, on the
other hand, contain less fat and more water. The high moisture content of these spreads affects the texture and flavorof
baked goods. For bestresultswith your old favorite recipes, use mazgaxine, butter or stick spreadscontaining at least
70% vegetable oil.
