How to Set the Upper Oven for Broiling
Placethe meat or fish on a broiler grid in

[] Follow suggested shelf positionsin the
Broiling Guide.
[] The oven door must be closed during
broiling.
[] Touch the Broil Hi/Lo pad once for
Hi Broil.
To change to Lo Broil, touch the Broil
Hi/Lo pad again.
[] Touch the Start pad,
[] When broiling isfinished,touch the
Clear/Off pad,
Servethe food immediatelg, and leavethe
pan outside the oven to cool during the meal
for easiestcleaning.
UseLo Broilto cook foods such as poultrg
or thick cuts of meat thoroughlg without
over-browning them.
