What to do if my GE PT9800SH1SS Oven is completely dead?
    • A
      amy66Aug 8, 2025
If the control panel of your GE Oven shows no display, first ensure the circuit breaker is ON. Then, with the wires still connected to the board, check for 120 VAC between the black wire on the BROIL relay and the white wire on J102. If 120 VAC is present, the control needs replacement. If it's less than 90 VAC, check the voltage from the white wire on J102 to the chassis ground. If that reads 120 VAC, the neutral limit switch is open, or there's an issue with your house's supply voltage.
