1. Eggs may be prepared many ways in the microwave oven. Always pierce whole yolks before microwaving to prevent bursting.

Never hard cook eggs in the shell, and do not reheat in-shell hard cooked eggs. They could explode.

plate, puncture
membrane.
Swirl
boiling water with spoon;
slip eggs in gently. Cover. Remove with
slotted spoon.
Cook until partially set. Sprinkle cheese over
omelet. Microwave 1 to

minutes until
cheese is slightly melted.
Combine and microwave filling, stirring
every 2 minutes. Pour filling into precooked
shell. Microwave additional time shown at
left.
