withbothhandsandpullstraight
upsharply.Theslottedsectionat
thetopofthemetalshafthasalight
coatingoflubricanttopreventparts
stickingtogether.If thisarea
appearstobedry,applyalightcoat
ofgreaseorpetroleumjellyaround
theslottedsectionoftheshaft
beforereplacingtheagitator.Do
notovergrease.Excessgreasemay
getintoclothesload.
Whenreplacingtheagitator,
carefullylowerstraightdownonto
theshaftsothatit fitsintotheslots.
Thenapplydownwardpressure
untilagitatorsnapsintoitsnormal
position.
