1.3 Status display
To get to the status display, press the key several times, or press the key and then .
This display shows all of the information shown in the first actual values screen plus the status of the compressor
unit.
PV  SP 

Operating status
PV: Process Value, display in °C/R (pressure) or °C (temp)
SP: Set Point display in °C / °C/R
Kap: Actual capacity step (for the low pressure stage) in %
Imot: Motor current in A
Tc: Discharge pressure in °C/R
dPoil: Differential oil pressure in bar
Operating status: eg Running, Compressor off, Failure etc.

The operating status provides information about the compressor unit.
The following status messages are possible:
Initialisation
Initialisation of the controller after swithing on the power supply or after saving the
configuration (“save”)
Start to start 01
Start delay between two starts is active.
Stop to start 01
Start delay between stop and next start is active
External start 01
The controller is waiting for an external signal to enable the start of the unit.
Standby 01
Compressor unit ready for switching on, but one or more starting conditions are still
not fulfilled e.g. process variable still below set point
Booster wait 01
The booster compressor will start as soon as the suction pressure drops below the
“Booster pressure”.
Low oil temp 01
The oil temperature is too low. The compressor is not allowed to start.
Low suct press 01
The suction pressure is too low. The compressor is not allowed to start.
High disch press 01
The discharge pressure is too high. The compressor is not allowed to start.
Starting 01
Compressor motor has been started, but the compressor runs unloaded (single- and
two-stage) or no low pressure cylinders are active yet (two-stage only).
Starting pull down 01
More capacity is needed, but the next capacity steps are blocked due to high suction
pressure. The low pressure cylinders are not active yet (two-stage only).
Motor feedback 01
Compressor motor has been started, but no running signal from the power panel has
been received yet.
Running 01
Running feedback signal from the starter panel has been received. Unit in operation.
Running pull down 01
Running feedback signal from the starter panel has been received. Unit in operation
and more capacity is needed. However, the next capacity steps are blocked due to
high suction pressure (two-stage only).
Limit suct press 01
A capacity limitation is active (suction pressure too low),
the capacity cannot be increased. In case the suction pressure drops, the capacity will
be decreased.
Limit disch press 01
A capacity limitation is active (discharge pressure too high),
the capacity cannot be increased. In case the discharge pressure rises, the capacity
will be decreased.
