Danger of death from electric shock

Protect the electrofusion machine
against moisture.
▶
Do not immerse the electrofusion tool
in water or other liquids. Dirty
machines can be cleaned using a
damp cloth.
▶
Do not weld wet or water-filled pipes.
▶
Only connect the connecting cable for
electrofusion coupling to the electro-
fusion coupling, electrofusion coupling
with integrated thermal fuse or electro-
fusion tape once clean and dry
Geberit PE or Geberit Silent‑db20
pipes or fittings have been inserted.
▶
Do not repeat the welding process on
an accessory to avoid touching live
parts.
