Specification and Standard
Minimum clearance of brake
pedal
The minimum clearance is 55mm depressed by 490N pressure when Engine is
running
Exposed bolt and nut, inspect and tighten it in place based on the specified torque
Check the steering wheel lash (measured at the outer rim of the steering wheel, no
more than 30mm), check steering linkages and ball end as well as boot
Brake and clutch oil inspection
Check the brake/clutch oil capacity, refill GB12981, HZY4 brake fluid if not
adequate
Check for oil leakage, damage, tightness, and positioning
Check air pressure of tyres with tyres cold, front wheel: 220kpa, rear wheel:
220kpa
Check for leakage, pipe interference and clamp tightness
Function, refill cleanser
Function, adjust if necessary
Check whether there are interferences between moving parts and wiring, whether
any wear or tear, connector clips not properly fitted, wiring fixed firmly or not.
