I. Warranty Scope
■ The vehicle enjoys a warranty of 36 months or
100,000km (whichever occurs first).
■ The Warranty Policy takes effect from the date of car
purchase.
■ Use and maintain the car based on the rules of the warranty
and maintenance manual as well as owner’s manual.
■ Quality defect or damage arising from the design,
manufacture, assembly and raw material defects.
■ Parts replacement or maintenance during the warranty term.
The warranty term of the vehicle or parts can not be
extended.
■ Warranty requested by the user, the damaged parts shall be
protected and the user is required to explain the facts.
■ The proprietary right of the warranted old parts shall be
owned by Geely International Corporation.
II. Non-warranty Scope
■ Non-conformance to any of the articles within the above
warranty scope.
■ Within the warranty term, the user goes by himself/herself to
other service stations not authorized by Geely International
Corporation for maintenance of his/her car.
■ Failure in using, maintaining, repairing the car based on the
requirements in the warranty and maintenance manual as well
as owner’s manual, e.g. operating conditions go beyond the
specified range, over-speed and overload
■ Damaged car arising from the use of fuel failing in meeting the
requirement or of bad quality.
■ Damage caused by the traffic accidents due to reasons other
than quality problem.
■ Damaged car due to discretional change, modification, removal
of the parts in the car.
