failure in proving that the car is within the warranty term.
■ Damage enlarged due to discretional disposal after the
problem occurs without the approval of Geely International
service station.
■ The user makes a discretional change on the reading of the
odometer, leading to the failure in verifying the mileage.
■ Damage due to force majeure.
■ Car damage due to incorrect operation or misuse (e.g.
racing, testing).
■Normal maintenance (regular maintenance), inspection and
adjustment (four-wheel alignment, tire dynamic balance,
fuel consumption…etc.).
■ Normal wear of damageable parts (friction plate, belt,

spark plug, tire…etc.).
■ Indirect loss (parking fee, travel expense, room and board
fee, and charge for loss of working time).
