MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
- Before cleaning the heater, check that it is disconnected from the socket and make sure that it has
cooled down to room temperature.
- Clean the outer casing with a damp, lint-free cloth. If your device gets wet, allow it to dry
completely before using it again.
- Dust collecting in the air outlet, clean with a vacuum cleaner.
- Do not use aggressive detergents or other chemical solutions, as they may damage the housing
and other parts of the device, and prevent the product from working properly.
In the event of overheating of the device, the heater protection switch will automatically turn o the
heater. To restart it:
1. Set the knob to the (OFF) position.
2. Remove the cause of the malfunction or overheating (eg obstacles in front of the air inlet / outlet
grille).
3. Allow the heater to cool down.
4. Switch the device on again.
