Warranties and Customer Service
NOTE: To qualify for warranty protection, the selling dealer must file the
warranty registration information on the Internet site “GEMConnect” within
ten days after purchase. If this is not on file, we will not honor your warranty
claim.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact the nearest GEM
retailer and make your vehicle available for inspection and repair
during the warranty period. Your GEM dealer should be able
to provide service during normal business hours and within a
reasonable time, depending upon workload and availability of
necessary parts. Further information regarding warranty service may

Changes by GEM in design or equipment made during the course of
