If your GEM Utility Vehicle won't operate, start by checking the battery voltage. If it's low, recharge the battery overnight. Also, inspect all battery and contactor connections, tightening any that are loose. Finally, check the electronic control box connections; inspect, clean, and reinstall the connectors.
