Quick Use Guide
Blade Protector
To remove the V-Blade Protector before using the slicer, simply lower the
cutting platform to number 4. Place forefinger in circle of blade protector and
gently slide back until the protector is clear from blade. Use caution as the
blades are very sharp. For safe storage, place the guard back on blade and
gently pull protector back in place. Make sure to raise the cutting platform to
lock.
Food Container
*Tip: Occasionally, shake or move the food to the back of the container to
avoid food backup!
Easy Slice Stand
Your Speed Slicer Plus comes with a handy easy slice stand for counter top or
cutting board slicing. To use, insert both ends of the stand into the two holes
underneath the machine on the handle side and push all the way in. To remove,
place the Speed Slicer upside down on your counter and gently pull up until it
releases from the machine.
Your Speed Slicer Plus comes with a convenient 14
cup clear food/storage container and locking stay
fresh lid. You can prepare your foods directly into
the container by placing the front of your Speed
Slicer Plus on the front of the container and rest the
handle side on the back of the container. Always
hold the grip handle with one hand while cutting.
