Infrared distance sensor located in the top cover. It’s sensitivity can be adjusted using a potentiometer.
When the paper is too close an indicator is lighted on and it's showed on the plotter display and in the
User Manager.
When it happens it allows you to nish the current marker, but it doesn't allow to print the next le, until
you remove the paper from take up bar.
Output paper bar has reached the limit diameter. As soon the marker
ends, machine requests to empty the bar to continue working.
1. Verify that the output roll is full, and empty the bar.
2. In case there is not much paper, approach a piece of paper to the sensor to verify that it works properly.
3. In case of needed you can adjust the sensor by he potentiometer located on the sensor, following the
output roll diameter sensor.
If the sensor is lighted on when it shouldn't.
1. Adjust the sensitivity using the potentiometer. You can check the activation approaching a sheet of
paper. Verify the correct detection.
2. Replace the sensor board if it doesn’t work.
