Clean cap
and Update
Service zone wipper and cap has to be cleaned.
This message will appear periodically in order to assure the correct working
conditions of the service zone.
1. Clean the service zone parts and conrm them on the RFID zone located
below the display.
2. For more detailed information check the document Cleaning and Parking
Station guide.
Note: When the lifecycle (100 cleanings) has reached Replace worn cleaner
will appear.
PAPER END SENSOR

Description:
The Paper End sensor hardware is present on all plotters but is used only when Paper End option is
activated and switched ON in plotter options Menu.
The sensor is located in bottom part of the right bench. It consists in an infrared working as a rotary
encoder. The sensors detects input paper roll movement and stops.
When the Dual Roll option is set, Paper End option must be installed
in both rolls.
If the system is not working please:
1. Ensure electronics connection.
2. Clean the paper bar cap.
3. Check the paper bar cap atness uniformity. White plastic part should
be in the same plane of the black one.
No movement is detected on the paper roll feeding bar,during paper
movement.
1. Verify that the paper roll is nished, and load the new paper roll.
2. In case there is still paper on the bar,tighten the paper cones to avoid sliding around the bar.
