1) If the issue moves to PH2 ( ), the issue can come from the small at cables or the cartridge
control board.
1.1) Replace the PH1 small at cables and reconnect it as original position.
1.2) If after replacing the small at cable, the issue is on PH1( ),
replace the cartridge control board
2) If the issue, still on PH1 ( ), the problem can be on the long at cables, carriage board or
master board.
Follow next steps

5� BACK TO ORIGINAL POSITION

Turn off the plotter and
wait until all led's are
totally off.
Turn off the plotter.

Disconnect at cables from the
carriage board
Swap print head board at cables.
Reconnect CON8, CON9,
CON10 cables of master
board.
