Insert the vanes no. 6 in their corresponding slots.
The vanes no. 6 must be placed clockwise in the channels
and the rounded edge looking outwards the motor.
Fit the body no. 1. Tighten the bolts that joint the body no. 1 with the cover no. 2D.
Then put the body no. 1 in horizontal position and start assembling the other part of the pump.
Fit the rotary mechanical seal no. 39/2 as above explained and then the cover no. 2D, the fixed seal race no.
39/1 with its joint no. 39/3 and then the bearing no. 18.
