To assembly the bypass start fitting the valve no. 14 in the body nº 1 hole of the pump that is on the suction hole (for a
standard assembly).
Then insert the spring no. 16 until it is seated in the valve no. 14.
Then put the grille no. 10
as it is shown in the below image:
