What to do if all actuators of GHARiENi 601 do not work?

If all GHARiENi Indoor Furnishing actuators aren't working, first check the power connection status. If that's not the issue, the power cable, hand control, or the control box might be defective and need replacement; please contact customer service. Also, ensure the hand control/actuator plug is properly inserted.
