What to do if all motors do not work in my GHARiENi Indoor Furnishing?

If all motors of your GHARiENi Indoor Furnishing aren't working, first, check if it's properly connected to the mains. If the connection is okay, inspect the power supply cable for any damage; if damaged, it should be replaced (please contact the customer service). Ensure that the MCP/motor-plug are correctly plugged in. If the problem persists, the MCP may be defective and require replacement (please contact the customer service). Also, the fuse in the transformer could be defective, requiring replacement (please contact the customer service). In the worst case, there might be a total loss of the control-box, which would need replacement (please contact the customer service).
