CAUTION: Battery must be fully charged before first ride, or if the bike has not been ridden for over a month.
Charge the battery in a room with a temperature between 0°C - 40°C (32-104 degree F)
If you notice a strange smell or smoke, stop the charging procedure immediately! Take your battery to your authorized
dealer for service or replacement.
Do not recharge the battery for over 24 hours. This could seriously reduce the life of the battery.
A. Normal Charging
(1) To charge the Twist 1.0’s battery pack while it is off the bicycle
Step 1
Turn the power control switch (on right side of the handlebar) to the
“off” position
Step 2 Follow step 2.1 ~ step 2.2 to open the bag
Step 2
Turn the battery lock key to the “OPEN” position and at the same
time push the top of the battery pack outward to 45 degrees.
