C. Configuring the Graphics Card Driver:
C-1 To enable SLI function
C-2 To enable CrossFireX function
(Note) Procedure for enabling SLI/CrossFireX technology may slightly differ by graphics cards.
Refer to the manual that came with your graphics cards for more information about enabling
SLI/CrossFireX technology.
For 2-Way/3-Way SLI:
After installing graphics card driver in the operating system, go
to the NVIDIA Control Panel. Browse to the SLI and Physx
configuration screen. Ensure SLI configuration and Physx
are enabled.
For 2-Way CrossFireX:
After installing graphics card driver in the operating system, go
to the Catalyst Control Center. Browse to the CrossFireX
screen and select the Enable CrossFire check box to com-
plete the configuration.
For 3-Way CrossFireX:
Browse to the CrossFireX screen and select the Enable
CrossFire check box and also select 3 GPUS for the GPU
combination.
