any BMC network during BIOS phase.

Select to congure LAN channel parameters statically or dynamically (by BIOS or BMC).
Options available: Unspecied/Static/Dynamic-Obtained by BMC running DHCP.
Default setting is Dynamic-Obtained by BMC running DHCP.
