To resolve this, ask your service provider to enable the CLIP service. 2. The SMS transmission might have been interrupted, for example, by a call. In this case, try re-sending the text message. 3. Check if the SMS service centre number is either missing or incorrect. You should enter the correct number for the SMS service.
