Assemble the speed system top-down, routing the cord through pulleys near the side pocket and out through the black tube.
Wrap footstrap webbing around D-ring, align rings, and route cord through neoprene tunnel.
Symmetrically adjust footstraps by placing red strips over buckle bar for a comfortable fit.
Connect rescue bridles using a Maillon Rapid 7mm Stainless Steel carre (min. 3125kg breaking load).
Connect the rescue container's deployment handle to the parachute's deployment bag strap.
Use the Velcro system to adjust container volume based on rescue size and shape.
Pull elastic loops through rescue container flaps in order, then secure release pins through elastic loops.
Adjust shoulder straps symmetrically until snug but not tight, based on pilot height.
In emergencies: evaluate height/situation; hesitation in deploying reserve can be fatal.
