Step 4 - Drip Guards
The clear plastic drip guards are installed just above the seam where the
top of the door meets the body. They are there to minimize water reaching
that seam. Clean the surface with warm soapy water for best results.
Carefully remove the backing on the adhesive strip and apply the guard to
the vehicle ensuring to allow space for the door to open.
Step 5 - Battery & Connections Check
As this unit is rather heavy, momentum and vibration during shipping can
result in components shifting or loosening during traveling to its final delivery
location. Ensure the breaker is in the off position and check the following for
the best operation of a new scooter.
