PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
In addition to testing, the alarm is also required to be cleaned monthly. This is achieved by
removing from the wall and cleaning the vents with a soft brush (do not use detergent). The fitting
should be returned to the wall as soon as possible to ensure there is continuous protection.
Do not paint the fitting or use air fresheners, hair spray or other aerosols near the alarm and
ensure the room is well ventilated when household cleaning products are being used.
