2. Once the bolt is loose and the cover has been removed, insert the handlebars through the headset into the head
tube. Arrange the handle bars so that they are in alignment with the fork, and perpendicular to the frame.
3. Tighten 12 mm bolt with provided wrench on top of stem until tight, so that the front fork does not move
independent of the handle bars.
Insert the handle bar with wedge nut and bolt
into the headset, through the head tube.
Tighten the bolt with the
provided wrench.
