Why is the cold water from my Global Water G5 not cold enough?

  If the cold water from your Global Water Water Dispenser isn't cold enough, several factors could be at play. First, ensure there's at least 5 inches of space between the wall and the back of the dispenser. The wire condenser on the backside may be dusty, so clean it every three months. Also, make sure the cooler is in a well-ventilated area and adjust the thermostat accordingly. It's also possible that the compressor does not have enough refrigerant.

  If there's no hot water at start-up from your Global Water Water Dispenser, the hot tank overheat protection sensor may have tripped. Here's what to do: 1. Unplug the cooler. 2. Allow the sensor to cool down for about 1 hour. 3. Using a pencil or narrow screwdriver, reach through the cooling grill to press the nude color reset button on the upper sensor, located on the hot tank.
