1. You have been using your scooter for a while. The battery has certainly lost its capacity.
The average rechargeable battery life is 1 to 2 years depending on scooter conditions and use, the
maintenance (at least one charging per month) and storage (dry place at temperature between 5 and
30 degrees)
2. Your scooter is new and has low autonomy?
In both cases (1 and 2) the battery needs to be changed, please contact your dealer.
